The custom-color and furnished images shown here are inspiration only; wall treatment and furniture setup are selected separately when planning your event.

This is the initial minimum based on your selections. Taxes, service, upgrades and other extras are added only after personal review.

Important booking details

Deposits & payment schedule +

After availability is approved, a $1,500 reservation payment secures the date and is applied to the event total. Once the plans and final estimate are approved, 50% of the remaining balance is due. The final balance and a $500 refundable damage deposit are due 30 days before the event.

Lead times & final details +

Simple private events require at least 14 days’ notice. Events involving alcohol or outside catering require 30 days. Weddings and custom venue treatments require 60 days. Final attendance and logistical details are due 14 days before the event.

Cancellation & rescheduling +

The $1,500 reservation payment is nonrefundable. More than 90 days out, payments beyond it are refundable; 31–90 days out, 50% of venue rental is retained; within 30 days, venue-rental payments are nonrefundable. One date transfer may be considered with 60 days’ notice, availability and a $150 fee. The final signed agreement controls.

Requests needing added review +

Weddings, alcohol service, outside catering, amplified music, custom installations, late-night events, public or ticketed events, productions, rush requests and events near capacity receive additional review before approval.
